At ERAFAV, each piece is thoughtfully curated and crafted to reflect elegance, exclusivity, and superior quality. As a global luxury women’s fashion brand operating on a made-to-order and dropshipping model, we follow a transparent and structured returns policy.
Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Please note: Due to the nature of luxury dropshipping, size issues, color preferences, or change of mind are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Email us at care@erafav.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number, clear images/videos of the product, and the reason for return.

Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

The product must be shipped back within 5 working days of approval.
Return Processing Fee

A standard return processing fee of USD 150 will be deducted per item.

This fee covers international logistics, handling, quality inspection, and restocking costs.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued in the original mode of payment or as store credit, at ERAFAV’s discretion.

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.

ERAFAV reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

All international return shipments are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from ERAFAV’s side.
