Returns & Refund Policy

At ERAFAV, each piece is thoughtfully curated and crafted to reflect elegance, exclusivity, and superior quality. As a global luxury women’s fashion brand operating on a made-to-order and dropshipping model, we follow a transparent and structured returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Please note: Due to the nature of luxury dropshipping, size issues, color preferences, or change of mind are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Email us at care@erafav.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number, clear images/videos of the product, and the reason for return.

  3. Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

  4. The product must be shipped back within 5 working days of approval.

Return Processing Fee

  • A standard return processing fee of USD 150 will be deducted per item.

  • This fee covers international logistics, handling, quality inspection, and restocking costs.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued in the original mode of payment or as store credit, at ERAFAV’s discretion.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events

  • Accessories, innerwear, or items marked as Final Sale

Important Notes

  • ERAFAV reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

  • All international return shipments are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from ERAFAV’s side.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution.
