As a luxury dropshipping and made-to-order brand, our products are shipped directly from our international production and fulfillment partners to ensure premium craftsmanship and exclusivity.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders typically take 10–20 business days to be delivered. This includes processing, quality checks, and international shipping. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.

6. Are customs duties or taxes included?

Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

7. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reported within 7 days of delivery.
A return processing fee of USD 150 per item applies.

Currently, ERAFAV does not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item as per policy and place a new order.
